Daniel Stoenescu (Miko Palace Cafe, Bucharest) and Adriana Ibrea (Delice International, Câmpina) represented Romania in the European Catering Championship. The contest took place in Lyon (January 21st – 23rd) and had as a goal stimulating the catering segment in gastronomy and the creation of new products.

Adriana Ibrea (that won a gold medal in a similar competition in Turkey) made the desert, named Foret Noir. The great prize gives to the winner 6.000 euro.
