Hotelul DoubleTree by Hilton Bra\u0219ov va avea peste 150 de camere. Cu aceast\u0103 nou\u0103 investi\u021bie hotelier\u0103, Bra\u0219ov va c\u00e2\u0219tiga o imagine \u0219i mai bun\u0103 pe pia\u021ba turistic\u0103 interna\u021bional\u0103. Vitalie S\u0103u, reprezentant al Venus Crown Residence Estate SRL, compania care va dezvolta acest proiect, declar\u0103:\u00a0\u201cAm cump\u0103rat cl\u0103direa de la BCR \u0219i am angajat consultantul potrivit, pe Mircea Dr\u0103ghici de la EST Hospitality pentru studiul de fezabilitate \u0219i procedura de selec\u021bie a operatorului hotelier. Suntem foarte \u00eenc\u00e2nta\u021bi s\u0103 lucr\u0103m cu Hilton \u0219i ne angaj\u0103m s\u0103 dezvolt\u0103m un hotel care s\u0103 dep\u0103\u0219easc\u0103 a\u0219tept\u0103rile comunit\u0103\u021bii locale \u0219i ale oaspe\u021bilor interna\u021bionali. Vom investi \u00een acest proiect \u00een jur de 21 de milioane de euro.\u201d La r\u00e2ndul s\u0103u Mircea Dr\u0103ghici, reprezentantul EST Hospitality, subliniaz\u0103: \u201dBra\u0219ovul are o pozitie strategic\u0103 \u00een centrul \u021b\u0103rii \u0219i va atrage majoritatea conferin\u021belor regionale \u00een anii care vin. Odat\u0103 cu deschiderea Aeroportului Interna\u021bional Ghimbav &#8211; Bra\u0219ov va cre\u0219te num\u0103rul de turi\u0219ti, business \u0219i leisure, dar \u0219i cererea pentru servicii de calitate \u00een hotelurile existente. El va \u00eencorpora \u0219i un hotel. <\/span>Investitia total<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span>, sustinuta cu un credit bancar, este estimata in prezent la 120 milioane de <span lang=\"ro-RO\">e<\/span>uro<span lang=\"ro-RO\">. <\/span>Hotelul va avea 161 de camere, si va fi opera<span lang=\"ro-RO\">t, pe baza unui contract de franciz\u0103,<\/span> sub brandul Marriott. Alaturi de hotel este prevazuta si o caldire de birouri si un bloc cu 20 de etaje, cea mai inalta cladire rezidentiala din oras. Se estimeaza ca lucrarile vor fi finalizate in anul 2026. Urban Invest este <span lang=\"ro-RO\">o companie <\/span>de\u0163inut\u0103 \u00een p\u0103r\u0163i egale de Ionu\u0163 Anghelu\u015f \u015fi so\u0163ia sa, Maria Alba Noheda Segovia<span lang=\"ro-RO\">. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">ORBIS<span lang=\"ro-RO\">: Rom\u00e2nia este o pia\u021b\u0103-cheie<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Orbis Hotel Group &#8211; partener strategic al Accor din Europa de Sud-Est, opereaz<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103 deja la Gala\u021bi, \u00een urma unui <\/span>acord de management<span lang=\"ro-RO\">, <\/span>dou<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span> hoteluri existente <span lang=\"ro-RO\">ce au trecut printr-un amplu proces de <\/span>moderniz<span lang=\"ro-RO\">are, <\/span>sub doua branduri noi: Mercure Gala<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u021b<\/span>i Centrum (66 de camere)<span lang=\"ro-RO\">, respectiv<\/span> ibis Styles Gala<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u021b<\/span>i Dun<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span>rea (79 de camere)<span lang=\"ro-RO\">. Ele au intrat \u00een circuitul turistic \u00een 2020<\/span>. Ambele sunt <span lang=\"ro-RO\">amplasate \u00een vecin\u0103tatea <\/span>Centrul<span lang=\"ro-RO\">ui vechi al ora\u0219ului \u0219i \u00een apropierea<\/span> cel<span lang=\"ro-RO\">ui<\/span> mai mare port de pe Dun<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span>re <span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0219<\/span>i cel de-al doilea ca m<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span>rime din Rom<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>nia. Ambele hoteluri din Gala\u0163i sunt de\u0163inute de antreprenorul Traian Sandu, proprietarul grupului Galtour \u2013 Dun\u0103rea din Gala\u0163i, cu activit\u0103\u0163i \u00een sectorul agen\u0163iilor de turism<span lang=\"ro-RO\"> respectiv al HoReCa. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Romania este o pia<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u021b\u0103<\/span>-cheie pentru Accor <span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0219<\/span>i partenerul s<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span>u strategic <span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>n Europa de Est, Orbis Group. Ace<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0219t<\/span>ia inten<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u021b<\/span>ioneaz<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span> s<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span> dezvolte <span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>nc<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span> 10 hoteluri<span lang=\"ro-RO\"> \u0219i aparthoteluri<\/span>, care vor aduce 1450 de camere noi pe pia<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u021b\u0103<\/span> p<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00e2<\/span>n<span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u0103<\/span> <span lang=\"ro-RO\">\u00ee<\/span>n<span lang=\"ro-RO\"> perioada<\/span> 2022<span lang=\"ro-RO\">-2023<\/span>.<span lang=\"ro-RO\"> Dou\u0103 hoteluri Mercure sunt prev\u0103zute la Sibiu (85 de camere) \u0219i Timi\u0219oara (60), dou\u0103 ibis Style (Bucharest Airport cu 85 de camere \u0219i Bucharest City Center cu 152 de camere), dou\u0103 unit\u0103\u021bi Ibis (Politehnic\u0103 Bucharest -160 \u0219i Timi\u0219oara &#8211; 200), <\/span>Swiss\u00f4tel Bucharest<span lang=\"ro-RO\"> (225 camere). Alte trei proiecte de aparthotel \u0219i hotel (cu un total de aproape 500 de camere) vor diversifica pia\u021ba ospitalit\u0103\u021bii din \u021bara noastr\u0103. <\/span><\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"LEFT\"><strong><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">C\u0102LINA pariaz\u0103 pe Holiday Inn<\/span><\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\" align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\">Dup\u0103 ce, cu ani \u00een urm\u0103, a testat pia\u021ba autohton\u0103 cu dou\u0103 unit\u0103\u021bii &#8211; una \u00een vecin\u0103tatea aeroportului Interna\u021bional Henri Coand\u0103 (\u00een prezent Viena House Hotel), cealalt\u0103 la Sinaia, la complexul de ieri \u0219i de azi \u201dMara\u201d -, IHG (InterContinental Hotels Group) una dintre cele mai valoroase companii hoteliere mondiale revine cu brandul Holiday Inn \u00een Rom\u00e2nia.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n<p align=\"LEFT\"><span style=\"color: #000000;\"><span style=\"font-size: medium;\"><span lang=\"ro-RO\">Fostul hotel Golden Tulip Times de pe bulevardul Decebal (Bucure\u015fti) este primul care a marcat revenirea brandului Holiday Inn. Omul de afaceri Virgil C\u0103lina, proprietarul hotelului Ramada Nord, a cump\u0103rat hotelul Golden Tulip Times din Bucure\u0219ti, prelu\u00e2nd leasingul de 4,2 milioane de euro de la fostul administrator. Hotelul are circa 100 de camere \u0219i este clasificat la 4 stele. \u201dAm reechipat toate camerele, restaurantul \u0219i s\u0103lile de conferin\u021be, am schimbat mobilierul, designul camerelor, echipamentele electrice \u0219i electronice.
