Nu pentru c\u0103 nu ar fi rezistat, e un tip robust, ferm, rezistent, dar \u0219i-a dat seama c\u0103 drumul lui era \u00een alt\u0103 parte adic\u0103 acolo \u00een Dobrogea, \u00een Vii\u0219oara, parte din comuna Cobadin, \u00een apropierea drumului roman ce leag\u0103 Tomisul (Constan\u021ba) de Adamclisi. Dat pe repede \u00eenainte timpul ni-l aduce \u00een prim plan ca un \u00eendr\u0103gostit de agricultur\u0103, de proiecte noi, \u00een postur\u0103 de fermier, care printre altele administreaz\u0103 prin holdingul Argonaut, printre altele 225 de hectare de vie, 150 de hectare de p\u0103dure \u0219i tot at\u00e2t de b\u0103\u021bi de pe\u0219te. A\u0219a ne putem lega de povestea ce mai proasp\u0103t\u0103, care \u00eenc\u0103 mai \u201dfermenteaz\u0103\u201d, pasiune, hobby dar \u0219i afacere, aceea de cultivator de vie \u0219i produc\u0103tor de vinuri. Povestea \u00ee\u0219i are r\u0103d\u0103cinile ei. Pe la 1929 \u00een zona \u00een care e amplasat\u0103\u00a0 Crama Vii\u0219oara de azi existau mari planta\u021bii de vi\u021b\u0103 de vie de unde se \u0219i tr\u0103gea numele localit\u0103\u021bii. \u201d\u00cen tinere\u021bea mea am stat de vorb\u0103 cu b\u0103tr\u00e2nii satului. Ei mi-au povestit despre vie, despre vin, despre cum trebuie s\u0103 respec\u021bi aceast\u0103 nobil\u0103 meserie pentru a ob\u021bine cel mai bun rezultat. Treptat, mi-a venit ideea de a-i r\u0103spl\u0103ti \u0219i eu pe ace\u0219ti buni ai locului, de a-i r\u0103zbuna \u00eentr-un fel, de a face uitat\u0103 nenorocirea defri\u0219\u0103rii vi\u021bei de vie. M-am decis s\u0103 replantez vi\u021ba de vie la Vii\u0219oara \u0219i s\u0103 fac o Cram\u0103 pe aceste locuri. Am ajuns s\u0103 replantez aproape 100 de hectare de vie. Via \u00eenconjoar\u0103 Valea Caceamac, cunoscut\u0103 \u0219i ast\u0103zi s\u0103tenilor, sub acela\u0219i nume\u201d &#8211; spune Gheorghe Albu, fondatorul Cramei Vii\u0219oara \u0219i al firmei Nostalgic SRL.<\/p>\n<p>Ideea s-a transformat \u00een realitate iar Crama de la Vii\u0219oara este ast\u0103zi una dintre cele mai moderne din Rom\u00e2nia, de\u0219i are doar c\u00e2\u021biva ani de existen\u021b\u0103. Suficien\u021bi \u00eens\u0103 pentru ca investi\u021biile derulate aici s\u0103 pozi\u021bioneze noile vinuri \u00een competi\u021bia brandurilor na\u021bionale \u0219i interna\u021bionale. Numai la concursul \u201eInternational Wine Contest Bucharest (IWCB) \u2013 2017\u201d, produc\u0103torul a ob\u021binut 19 medalii, din care 7 de aur \u0219i 12 de argint. Aici se reg\u0103sesc flerul \u0219i talentul echipei conduse de renumitul oenolog Nicolae Lauren\u021biu Itu. Este doar unul dintre speciali\u0219tii s\u0103i. Pentru dezvoltarea planta\u021biilor de vi\u021b\u0103 de vie a colaborat cu o pepinier\u0103 viticol\u0103 din Fran\u021ba, Morisson Couderc, o institu\u021bie cu o vechime de peste 130 de ani. A comandat material s\u0103ditor de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate cu aproape 4 ani \u00eenainte. Soiurile cultivate cu material adus din Fran\u021ba sunt albe \u0219i ro\u0219ii. La categoria soiuri albe reg\u0103sim: Feteasca Alb\u0103, Feteasca Regal\u0103, Pinot Gris, Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Muscat Ottonel, T\u0103m\u00e2ioasa Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u0219i Riesling Italian. Iar la cele pentru vin ro\u0219u soiurile Pinot Noir, Feteasca Neagr\u0103, Merlot \u0219i Cabernet Sauvignon. Vinurile roze \u00eentregesc paleta. Foarte important este faptul c\u0103 roze-ul nu se face dintr-un amestec de vin alb cu ro\u0219u, ci prin procesarea imediat\u0103 a strugurilor ro\u0219ii, \u00een doar 3-4 ore ob\u021bin\u00e2ndu-se un roze pal asemeni foi\u021bei de ceap\u0103. Roze-ul de la Vii\u0219oara este deja foarte solicitat, fiind cerut de tineri \u0219i preferat de multe tinere.<\/p>\n<p>La Vii\u0219oara, culesul viei se face doar manual, c\u00e2nd strugurii ajung s\u0103 acumuleze destule glucide pentru fiecare soi \u00een parte \u0219i se proceseaz\u0103 doar struguri din recolta proprie. Procesul de vinifica\u021bie este \u00een \u00eentregime automatizat. Cl\u0103dirile \u00een patrimoniul Cramei au fost construite cu materiale \u0219i dup\u0103 model norvegian. Gheorghe Albu a fost \u0219i secretar de stat, sub trei mini\u0219tri, \u00een Ministerul Agriculturii iar acum este un ap\u0103r\u0103tor constant al drepturilor fermierilor rom\u00e2ni prin Liga Asocia\u021biilor Produc\u0103torilor Agricoli din Rom\u00e2nia pe care o conduce. A \u00eencercat s\u0103 deruleze proiecte \u0219i cu fonduri europene, dar sistemul birocratic care \u00eel \u00eent\u00e2rziau, l-au determinat s\u0103 renun\u021be \u0219i s\u0103 lucreze direct cu b\u0103ncile. Cele trei game de vinuri care \u00eel recomand\u0103 azi sunt tot at\u00e2tea familii de branduri: Via Maria (preferatele noastre Feteasc\u0103 Regal\u0103 \u0219i Cabernet Sauvignon), Conu\u2019 Albu ( ne-au delectat Sauvignon Blanc \u0219i Merlot) \u0219i Nostalgia ( aprecieri speciale pentru T\u0103m\u00e2ioas\u0103 Rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 \u0219i Feteasc\u0103 Neagr\u0103). Dar \u0219i \u201damericanul dobrogean\u201d \u0219i noi v\u0103 readucem aminte: vinul cel mai bun este cel care-\u021bi place \u021bie!
