S-a dezvoltat pia\u021ba turismului rom\u00e2nesc sau s-a comprimat?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; P\u0103rerea mea este c\u0103 s-a decomprimat. Au ap\u0103rut extrem de multe loca\u021bii \u00een Bucure\u0219ti \u0219i \u00een \u021bar\u0103. De la 20 de agen\u021bii de turism am ajuns azi la peste 2000. Rela\u021biile agen\u021biilor rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti sunt foarte solide \u0219i credibile, multe dintre ele fiind apreciate \u00een presta\u021biile cu partenerii str\u0103ini. Ca urmare a cre\u0219terii pie\u021bei de business au intrat \u0219i la noi multina\u021bionalele, printre care TUI, Dertour, American Expresss, Carlson Wagonlit etc. Industria s-a dezvoltat foarte mult, peste nivelul cererii. Senza\u021bia de satura\u021bie se manifest\u0103 \u00een anumite perioade. \u0218i asta creeaz\u0103 azi o competi\u021bie acerb\u0103 care, \u00een urm\u0103 cu decenii era dezordonat\u0103, s\u0103lbatic\u0103. Acum lucr\u0103m pe baza bunelor practici. Mai e \u00eenc\u0103 de nevoie de 10-15 ani s\u0103 ne aliniem la ele. \u0218i s\u0103 \u00een\u021belegem c\u0103, totu\u0219i, beneficiarul este pilonul modern, civilizat al tuturor activit\u0103\u021bilor turistice. La aceast\u0103 consolidare contribuie \u0219i Internetul care a dep\u0103\u0219it ponderea de 30%, cre\u00e2nd o imagine mai clar\u0103 asupra acestui business. <\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Circa 70% din \u00eencas\u0103rile industriei provin anual din turismul de evenimente? Totu\u0219i, ce-i lipse\u0219te Rom\u00e2niei pentru a deveni un juc\u0103tor redutabil pe pia\u021ba MICE ?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; \u00cen turismul de evenimente se contureaz\u0103 proiec\u021bii pentru viitoare cre\u0219teri. Ce ne lipse\u0219te? Dup\u0103 p\u0103rerea mea ar fi trei elemente principale: o imagine bun\u0103 a Rom\u00e2niei, ancorat\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 de presa interna\u021bional\u0103, \u00een timpul trecut. E nevoie de sus\u021binere major\u0103 din partea institu\u021biilor statului de a lua sub patronajul lor evenimente majore &#8211; politice, economice, culturale sportive etc. F\u0103r\u0103 acest patronaj evenimentele nu vor fi alocate \u021b\u0103rii noastre. \u00cen fine e nevoie de construirea unui Centru de Conven\u021bii \u0219i Conferin\u021be \u00een afara Palatului Parlamentului. Multifunc\u021bional, cu dot\u0103rile \u0219i facilit\u0103\u021bile moderne, a\u0219a cum au toate Capitalele sau marile ora\u0219e ale lumii.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Ce ne \u00eempiedic\u0103 s\u0103 facem mai mul\u021bi bani din incoming?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; \u0218i aici tot cu imaginea \u021b\u0103rii \u00eencepem. \u00cen aceast\u0103 direc\u021bie ANT ar trebui s\u0103 se implice \u00een tratative cu marii tour-operatori interna\u021bionali. Ace\u0219tia ar putea s\u0103 promoveze intens Rom\u00e2nia turistic\u0103, \u00een bro\u0219urile, cataloagele, site-urile lor. Dac\u0103 ei vor vinde din ce \u00een ce mai bine Rom\u00e2nia, este clar c\u0103 interesul pentru aceast\u0103 \u201dmarf\u0103 turistic\u0103\u201d va fi \u00een cre\u0219tere. Nu avem sprijin pentru organizarea de chartere low-cost dinspre Japonia, Hong Kong, Coreea. Exist\u0103 mare interes pentru a vizita Rom\u00e2nia, dar nu cu avioane de linie ci charter. Apoi avem o politic\u0103 a vizelor fa\u021b\u0103 de turi\u0219tii chinezi, defazat\u0103 comparativ cu cea european\u0103. Birocra\u021bia sufoc\u0103 aceast\u0103 rela\u021bie de suflet dar \u0219i comercial\u0103. Mai avem \u0219i o problem\u0103 local\u0103 &#8211; continuitatea \u0219i p\u0103strarea nivelului serviciilor. Apar noi hoteluri, pensiuni, restaurante. Dar serviciile oferite la \u00eenceput scad la scurt timp dup\u0103 deschidere. Turistul indiferent de unde vine, sanc\u021bioneaz\u0103 aceste aspecte. <\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Banii sau oamenii? Ce a fost mai important \u00een construc\u021bia grupului de turism \u00een acest sfert de secol?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Sunt dou\u0103 componente pe care am sprijinit toat\u0103 construc\u021bia afacerii de familie. Echipa, care trebuie s\u0103 creasc\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 devin\u0103 c\u00e2t mai performant\u0103. Cine nu \u0219tie nu este eliminat. Este \u00eenv\u0103\u021bat s\u0103 fac\u0103 ce e nevoie \u00een orice moment. Rom\u00e2nul este un tip deschis, universal. Dac\u0103 se str\u0103duie\u0219te, munce\u0219te inteligent, creeaz\u0103 plus-valoare \u0219i profit. Noi am investit \u00een fiecare an acest profit at\u00e2t \u00een refinan\u021barea unor evenimente dar \u0219i \u00een preg\u0103tirea profesional\u0103. A\u0219a se explic\u0103 de ce configura\u021bie echipei noastre, cu o medie de v\u00e2rst\u0103 de circa 35 de ani, a cunoscut schimb\u0103ri relativ mici de-a lungul anilor. Pentru a organiza ac\u021biuni mari trebuie s\u0103 ai poten\u021bial \u0219i rezerve cu care s\u0103 finan\u021bezi manifest\u0103ri care vor fi decontate peste 6 luni, poate mai mult. Deci ai fond mare, ai clien\u021bi mari. Tu trebuie s\u0103 decizi. <\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Respectul fa\u021b\u0103 de client! C\u00e2t de mult valorific\u0103m acest segment \u00een serviciile turistice?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Oricui i-ar fi greu s\u0103 fac\u0103 o imagine global\u0103. Eu m\u0103 refer la firma Olimpic \u0219i pot spune urm\u0103toarele lucruri: Respectul este pe primul loc. Civiliza\u021bia business-ului \u021bine de prestigiu \u0219i de pozi\u021bionarea ta pe pia\u021b\u0103. At\u00e2ta timp c\u00e2t de exemplu nu-\u021bi pl\u0103te\u0219ti furnizorii la timp nici clien\u021bii t\u0103i nu vor fi mul\u021bumi\u021bi. De aceea am \u021binut s\u0103 avem \u00eentotdeauna transparen\u021b\u0103, corectitudine, seriozitate, punctualitate \u00een pl\u0103\u021bi. Timpul \u0219i calitatea serviciilor stau la baza respectului \u00een afaceri.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Ave\u021bi un mesaj pentru concuren\u021b\u0103?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Concuren\u021bei \u00eei urez s\u0103-i meag\u0103 c\u00e2t mai bine. Dar \u00eentr-un mediu de bune practici. F\u0103r\u0103 salturi spectaculoase \u0219i ac\u021biuni de marketing ostile altor firme. Multe s-au dovedit de-a lungul anilor neproductive. Constan\u021ba \u0219i profesionalismul \u00ee\u0219i spun cunv\u00e2ntul \u0219i \u00een acest caz.<\/span><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; Care sunt Top 3 destina\u021bii preferate: \u00een lume, dar \u00een \u021bar\u0103?<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n<p lang=\"ro-RO\"><span style=\"font-size: large;\">&#8211; \u00cemi place la fel de mult \u00een Bulgaria, SUA, Peru, Alaska, Kenia sau Dubai. \u00cen Maramure\u0219, Nordul Moldovei, Delta Dun\u0103rii sau pe litoral. Peste tot descoperi pove\u0219ti turistice noi. \u00cen materie de tehnologii turistice lucrurile stau la fel. Am fost GSA Delta Airlines, am dezvoltat concepte devenite azi clasice. Acum dezvolt\u0103m \u0219i o divizie online. Ne inspir\u0103m din experien\u021ba c\u00e2\u0219tigat\u0103 \u00een SUA, unde suntem reprezentan\u021bi ai Rom\u00e2niei, la International Pow Wow (IPW), de 23 de ani, cu participare ne\u00eentrerupt\u0103. Aici tehnologia turistic\u0103 se exprim\u0103 la nivelul cel mai \u00eenalt. Ea a remodelat businessul clasic dar \u0219i structura ob\u021binerii profiturilor!
