Ele au o lungime de 30 de kilometri. Expunerea dealurilor \u015fi luciul Dun\u0103rii confer\u0103 culturii vi\u0163ei-de-vie condi\u0163ii foarte bune pentru ca strugurii s\u0103 ajung\u0103 la maturitate deplin\u0103 \u015fi s\u0103 \u00eendeplineasc\u0103 toate caracteristicile organoleptice \u015fi fizico-chimice, necesare ob\u0163inerii unor vinuri de \u00eenalt\u0103 calitate. Actualii proprietari au reu\u015fit s\u0103 aduc\u0103 planta\u0163ia viticol\u0103 \u015fi tehnologia de vinificare la standarde superioare. Vinurile ob\u0163inute \u00een aceast\u0103 podgorie au noble\u0163e, originalitate \u0219i o personalitate puternic\u0103. Calitatea este garantat\u0103 de Uniunea European\u0103, prin certificarea ce atest\u0103 denumirea de origine controlat\u0103 \u015fi indica\u0163ia geografic\u0103 (D.O.C.-C.M.D. Oltina). \u00cen prezent, Domeniile Ostrov de\u0163ine o suprafa\u0163\u0103 agricol\u0103 de aproximativ 2000 de hectare, cu un areal viticol de 1200 de hectare, 400 de hectare livad\u0103 (cais, piersic, m\u0103r, prun, cire\u015f, vi\u015fin, nuc), 150 de hectare de teren arabil ce urmeaz\u0103 a fi plantate \u015fi 200 hectare de sere. Domeniile Ostrov include dou\u0103 mari centre: Ostrov \u015fi Lipni\u0163a.<\/p>\n<p>Asta-i partea v\u0103zut\u0103 a lucrurilor. Oana Belu, directorul general al Domeniilor Ostrov, a lansat o invita\u021bie mediei de specialitate de a participa la c\u00e2teva evenimente care \u00eencept s\u0103 vorbeasc\u0103 despre viitorul societ\u0103\u021bii comerciale. \u201d\u00cen luna august, \u00een cadrul Festivalului \u201dVinul Nou\u201d -, am marcat lansarea noii game de vinuri premiul din seria Naiada, ce au \u00een compozi\u021bie trei soiuri de vie rom\u00e2ne\u0219ti &#8211; Cr\u00e2mpo\u0219ie (selec\u021bionat 1972, Dr\u0103g\u0103\u0219ani), Fetasc\u0103 Alb\u0103 \u0219i Feteasc\u0103 Neagr\u0103 \u0219i dou\u0103 soiuri interna\u021bionale Chardonnay respectiv Syrah. Vinul va fi produs \u00een edi\u021bie limitat\u0103 de 10.000 de sticle per sortiment. Numele s\u0103u este inspirat din legendele locului a\u0219a cum precizeaz\u0103 \u00een scrierile sale reputatul R\u0103zvan Ciuc\u0103\u201d. Profesorul ne face o descriere chiar de la \u201dcatedra butoaielor\u201d &#8211; \u201dNaiada are un registru ro\u0219u profund, este un vin de octombrie, corpolent \u0219i cu buchet de p\u0103dure. Dup\u0103 eticheta de acum nu ve\u021bi reu\u0219i s\u0103 fi\u021bi ochi \u00een ochi cu Naiada. Se las\u0103 greu dezvelit\u0103. El ne-a dovedit c\u0103 se descurc\u0103 excelent c\u00e2nd g\u0103te\u0219te bor\u0219 de pe\u0219te proasp\u0103t pescuit dar \u0219i un miel la pro\u021bap, servite al\u0103turi de p\u00e2ine aburind\u0103 pe vatr\u0103. \u00cen contul pasiunilor sale gastronomice trecem \u0219i pl\u0103cintele dublu combinate cu mere \u0219i br\u00e2nz\u0103. E semn c\u0103 tradi\u021bia \u00een Dobrogea nu are de g\u00e2nd s\u0103 moar\u0103. Ca \u0219i arta. Sculptorul Alexandre Paraschiv a stat 20 de ani \u00een Fran\u021ba \u0219i spune, \u201dm-am \u00eentors acas\u0103, la origini. Mul\u021bi mi-au spus c\u0103 sunt nebun. Prin sculpturile \u0219i picturile mele &#8211; de la capul de dac p\u00e2n\u0103 statuile \u0219i figurinele de femei -, doresc s\u0103 reinterpretez un timp trecut prin expresii moderne. Este at\u00e2t de mustoas\u0103 istoria Dobrogei, \u00eenc\u00e2t am sim\u021bit c\u0103 aici se poate lucra ceva de mare valoare, ce poate fi l\u0103sat mo\u0219tenire\u201d. Dac\u0103 trece\u021bi pe aici afla\u021bi c\u0103 sigla Domeniilor Ostrov ca \u0219i galeriile de tablouri de pe pere\u021bii cramelor, restaurantului ori a hotelului Dionis, poart\u0103 semn\u0103tura lui Alexandre.<\/p>\n<p>Ce s-a schimbat pe pia\u021ba vinului din Rom\u00e2nia? Care este proiec\u021bia pentru viitorii ani a Domeniilor Ostrov? \u201dPia\u021ba vinului este \u00een continu\u0103 cre\u0219tere. Se simte nevoia de calitate. Se va sim\u021bi \u0219i mai pregnant \u00een 2014. Va fi mai pu\u021bin vin, dar de calitate. Ne concentr\u0103m pe investi\u021bii, \u00een majoritatea lor sus\u021binute de fonduri europene. Competi\u021bia este foarte mare \u0219i important este, ca \u00een aceste condi\u021bii, s\u0103 reu\u0219e\u0219ti s\u0103 produci un vin bun, calitativ, la pre\u021buri accesibile tuturor. \u00cen cursul ultimilor doi ani am investit peste 3 milioane de euro pentru reabilitarea \u00eentregii re\u021bele de iriga\u021bii pe \u00eentreaga suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 2000 de hectare. Modernizarea tehnologiei de vinifica\u021bie este o alt\u0103 tendin\u021b\u0103 constant\u0103. A\u021bi v\u0103zut sta\u021biile de vinificare pentru vin alb \u0219i ro\u0219u, sistemele de control al temperaturii, pentru care am alocat peste 800.000 de euro. \u00cen ultimii ani ne-am implicat \u00een industria turistic\u0103 ce se armonizeaz\u0103 perfect cu cea a vinului. Drept urmare \u00een arealul Domeniilor Ostrov, vor ap\u0103rea complexe de cazare &#8211; o parte le-am testat \u00eempreun\u0103 (Pensiunile Naiada \u0219i Beciul Domnesc, Hotelul Dionis), restaurantul Durostorum cu 250 de locuri. Vom avea \u0219i un complex de agrement ecvestru Heron, dar \u0219i un Centru de oenologie transfrontalier Rom\u00e2nia-Bulgaria.
