Segmentul reprezint\u0103 6%, adic\u0103 524,4 milioane de vacan\u0163e consumate anual. Studiul estimeaz\u0103 c\u0103 sectorul va cre\u015fte cu aproape 10% pe an \u015fi va ajunge s\u0103 genereze 16% din veniturile totale din turism \u00een 2017, adic\u0103 678,5 miliarde dolari. Acest aspect arat\u0103 c\u0103 evolu\u0163ia turismului de \u00eentre\u0163inere va fi cu 50% mai rapid\u0103 dec\u00e2t cre\u015fterea turismului \u00een general.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Cum \u00eentre\u0163inem starea de bine !<\/strong><br \/>\n\u00cen accep\u0163iunea realizatorilor studiului turismul de \u00eentre\u0163inere \u00eenseamn\u0103 orice vacan\u0163\u0103, c\u0103l\u0103torie, asociat\u0103 cu dorin\u0163a de a-\u021bi men\u0163ine sau dob\u00e2ndi o bun\u0103 condi\u0163ie fizic\u0103 sau o stare de echilibru psihic.<br \/>\nCategoria serviciilor de Spa este v\u0103zut\u0103 ca o component\u0103 a turismului de \u00eentre\u0163inere. Astfel masajul, curele de n\u0103mol, ape minerale, balneoterapia etc., reprezint\u0103 doar 41% din pia\u0163a serviciilor de \u00eentre\u0163inere. Restul este compus din pachete de servicii care includ programe de fitness, lec\u0163ii de yoga dar \u015fi c\u0103l\u0103torii \u00een parcuri naturale ori rezerva\u0163ii. Retragerea la o m\u00e2n\u0103stire \u00een mun\u0163i, la un ashram \u00een India sau alegerea unor hoteluri \u015fi restaurante care respect\u0103 principiile contemporane de ecologic, natural \u015fi pur biologic sunt \u015fi ele incluse \u00een conceptul de turism de \u00eentre\u0163inere \u015fi reprezint\u0103 la ora actual\u0103 59% din pia\u0163\u0103. Turistul vrea un complex hotelier care s\u0103 ofere, pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 piscine \u015fi s\u0103li de fitness, clase de aerobic, de relaxare, cursuri de dezvoltare personal\u0103 ori cure de detoxifiere sub supravegherea unui nutri\u0163ionist ori medic.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pl\u0103tesc mai mult pentru c\u0103 merit mai mult !<\/strong><br \/>\nTuristul care pleac\u0103 \u00een vacan\u0163\u0103 ca s\u0103 se ocupe de el, mental \u015fi fizic, cheltuie\u015fte \u00een medie cu 130% mai mult dec\u00e2t cel obi\u015fnuit. C\u00e2nd pleac\u0103 \u00een str\u0103in\u0103tate el tinde s\u0103 cheltuiasc\u0103 65% mai mult dec\u00e2t turistul obi\u015fnuit iar \u00een propria \u0163ar\u0103 va pl\u0103ti chiar \u015fi cu 150% mai mult dec\u00e2t un turist obi\u015fnuit. Studiul face diferen\u0163a, minu\u0163ioas\u0103, \u00eentre un turist care c\u0103l\u0103tore\u015fte av\u00e2nd ca prim scop s\u0103 se \u00eentre\u0163in\u0103 \u0219i unul care include aceast\u0103 sec\u0163iune \u00eentr-un plan mai amplu de vacan\u0163\u0103. Clientul din prima categorie este cel de c\u0103utat \u015fi de v\u00e2nat deoarece va face cele mai mari cheltuieli. Cu toate acestea cel din a doua categorie reprezint\u0103 momentan 86% din totalul celor ce consum\u0103 servicii de \u00eentre\u0163inere \u00een vacan\u0163\u0103. Deci e cam devreme ca s\u0103 fie neglijat \u00een planurile de marketing.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Pia\u021ba interna\u021bional\u0103 versus pia\u021ba local\u0103<br \/>\n<\/strong>La nivel global autorit\u0103\u0163ile tind s\u0103 fac\u0103 o gre\u015feal\u0103. Ei pun accent doar pe turistul de incoming, care vine pentru \u00eentre\u0163inere. Studiul arat\u0103 c\u0103 pie\u0163ele locale trebuie \u0163intite \u015fi \u00eentre\u0163inute deoarece procentul de clien\u0163i din pia\u0163a local\u0103 este mai mare dec\u00e2t cei ce vin dinalte \u0163\u0103ri pentru acelea\u015fi servicii. Clientul autohton, la nivel global, reprezint\u0103 84% din consumatorii de servicii \u00een turismul de \u00eentre\u0163inere \u015fi genereaz\u0103 68% din sumele cheltuite (aproape 300 miliarde dolari), pe c\u00e2nd turismul interna\u0163ional de \u00eentre\u0163inere este o pia\u0163\u0103 de doar 139 miliarde dolari, adic\u0103 32% din segment. Pentru moment statele Europei \u015fi ale Americii de Nord domin\u0103 sectorul dar speciali\u015fii arat\u0103 c\u0103 \u00een 2017 peste 50% din pia\u0163\u0103 o vor reprezenta clien\u0163ii din Asia, America Latin\u0103, Orientul Mijlociu \u015fi Africa de Nord.<\/p>\n<p>Dar cum arat\u0103 portretul robot al turistului pe care se bat destina\u021biile turistice? \u00cen primul r\u00e2nd este bine educat \u0219i are o bun\u0103 situa\u0163ie financiar\u0103. E de v\u00e2rst\u0103 mijlocie \u015fi provine din \u0163\u0103ri industrializate, cu o economie stabil\u0103. Datele reflect\u0103 c\u0103 63% din clien\u0163ii serviciilor de \u00eentre\u0163inere, la nivel global, vin din S.U.A, Germania, Japonia, Fran\u0163a \u015fi\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.infotravelaustria.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\">Austria<\/a>. La r\u00e2ndul lor S.U.A, Germania, Japonia, China \u015fi Fran\u0163a sunt \u0163\u0103rile cu cei mai mul\u0163i cona\u0163ionali care cump\u0103r\u0103 pachete turistice de servicii de \u00eentre\u0163inere \u00een \u0163ara lor.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cTurismul de \u00eentre\u0163inere va remodela conceptul de turism, a\u015fa cum \u00eel \u00een\u0163elegem acum. Sunt at\u00e2t de multe aspecte ale secolului 21 care aduc schimbarea, \u00eencluz\u00e2nd \u00eemb\u0103tr\u00e2nirea popula\u021biei, cre\u015fterea num\u0103rului de boli cronice \u015fi nivelul de stres f\u0103r\u0103 precedent al vie\u0163ii moderne\u201d- afirma Jean-Claude Baumgarten, fost pre\u015fedinte al Organiza\u0163iei Mondiale a Turismului, \u00een timpul conferin\u021bei sus\u021binute la GSWS. Congresul Global al Turismului de \u00centre\u0163inere este, \u00een ultimii \u015fapte ani, un produs al Sumitului Global de Spa &amp; Wellness (GSWS) \u2013 o organiza\u0163ie interna\u0163ional\u0103 care reune\u015fte pre\u015fedin\u0163ii \u015fi liderii domeniului din peste 40 de \u0163\u0103ri.
