El a fost patronat de c\u0103tre prim\u0103ria  ora\u015fului italian Niscemi, considerat \u201cCapitala anghinarei\u201d. Mai pu\u0163in  cunoscut\u0103 \u00een \u0163ara noastr\u0103 anghinarea, denumit popular \u015fi Carduccio\u201d,  este un aliment cunoscut \u00eenc\u0103 din antichitate de c\u0103tre egipteni dar \u015fi  de c\u0103tre greci care o foloseau \u015fi pentru propriet\u0103\u0163ile sale medicinale. Nu  trebuie s\u0103 ocoli\u0163i bisericile \u00een stil baroc, Muzeul Civilta Contadina  (vie\u0163ii rurale), Rezerva\u0163ia Sughereta sau pia\u0163a Victor Emanuel al  III-lea, una dintre cele mai frumoase din Sicilia.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"..\/..\/foto\/84\/poze\/Restauratie1.jpg\" target=\"_blank\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" style=\"border: 0pt none;\" src=\"http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/foto\/84\/poze\/mici\/Restauratie1.jpg\" border=\"0\" alt=\"\" width=\"200\" height=\"106\" align=\"left\" \/><\/a>Al\u0103turi  de toate acestea punem \u015fi precizarea lui Gheorghe R\u0103caru \u2013 directorul  de strategii \u015fi dezvoltare a grupului Romstrade-Blue Air \u2013 care  administreaz\u0103 printr-o firm\u0103 subsidiar\u0103 lan\u0163ul de restaurante Self,  conform c\u0103reia, \u201cBlue Air, companie aerian\u0103 care acoper\u0103 mai multe  destina\u0163ii italiene, continu\u0103 s\u0103  sus\u0163in\u0103 asemenea evenimente,  gastronomia ambelor \u0163\u0103ri oferind perspective variate asupra actului  turistic\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>Mae\u015ftri ai gastronomiei italiene au oferit spre testat \u00een timpul  Festivalului, mai multe m\u00e2nc\u0103ruri tradi\u0163ionale ce au la baz\u0103  anghinarea, combin\u00e2ndu-le cu ingrediente mediteraneene, pe gustul  gurmanzilor. Am remarcat varietatea de legume \u015fi fructe, produse \u00een  Sicilia dar \u015fi la ferma \u201cLa Mo\u015fie\u201d (ro\u015fii Cherry, ardei gras, vinete,  castrave\u0163i, dovlecei, portocale, clementine, pepene galben, mere \u015fi  condimente proaspete), calitatea br\u00e2nzeturilor \u015fi preparatelor din  carne, parte din ele furnizate de produc\u0103tori autohtoni, interesa\u0163i de  promovare, respectiv  de schimburile de valori culturale \u015fi materiale.
