Dar asta e nimic pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 zecile de test\u0103ri de vinuri, \u021buici \u0219i palinci, \u0219i maratoanele de kilometri buni prin pivni\u021bele unor podgorii. La care mai ad\u0103ug\u0103m \u201dmixatul\u201d la crati\u021be \u0219i oale, la f\u0103cutul magiunului, sarmalelor, toc\u0103ni\u021belor, ciorbi\u021belor, zacu\u0219tilor, la fabricarea palincii ori la prepararea \u0219i consumarea berbecului pus pe j\u0103ratec. \u00cen mod sigur am fi smuls invidia celor mai tari DJ. Dup\u0103 cum se vede am supravie\u021buit tuturor experien\u021belor, unele dintre ele de gastronomie extrem\u0103, pentru c\u0103 ne-am dovedit&#8230; profesioni\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<p>Cine suntem noi? Proiectul beneficiaz\u0103 de sus\u021binere financiar\u0103 european\u0103 \u0219i are ca tematic\u0103 identificarea \u0219i punerea \u00een valoare a patrimoniilor culinare din aceste zone precarpatice \u0219i carpatice, extrem de diverse, unice, naturale \u0219i pline de savoare. \u00cen aprilie 2012 a \u0219i fost fondat\u0103 \u00een acest scop Re\u021beaua Patrimoniului Culinar Carpatic &#8211; ne-a precizat Roman Shevchyk, directorul executiv al organiza\u021biei amintite.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><strong>SLOVACIA: Alt\u0103 poveste despre Tokaj<br \/>\n<a href=\"http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Slovacia-Culinar-038.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2458\" title=\"Slovacia Culinar 038\" src=\"http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Slovacia-Culinar-038.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"1024\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Slovacia-Culinar-038.jpg 1024w, http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Slovacia-Culinar-038-300x225.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px\" \/><\/a>\u00a0<\/strong>Merit\u0103 s\u0103 afla\u021bi.\u00a0<strong>Vinurile de Tokaj, nu sunt un monopol al produc\u0103torilor din\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/InfoTravelUngaria\" target=\"_blank\">Ungaria<\/a>.<\/strong>\u00a0E drept regiunea este de\u021binut\u0103 \u00een propor\u021bie de 90% de ace\u0219tia. 10% \u00eens\u0103, se afl\u0103 peste dealuri, adic\u0103 \u00een Slovacia unde podgoriile din regiunea de Tokaj, udate de apele aceluia\u0219i r\u00e2u Bodrog \u0219i influen\u021bate de acela\u0219i Botrytis Cinerea nobil, au dat na\u0219tere la tipuri \u0219i gusturi diferite. Ocazia pentru a le testa ne-a fost oferit\u0103 de c\u0103tre Pensiunea \u201dTokaj Ostrozovic\u201d. Zona ofer\u0103 numeroase opotunit\u0103\u021bi de relaxare, turism viticol \u0219i cazare direct la cultivatorii de vi\u021b\u0103 de vie. Spre deosebire de gama de\u00a0<a href=\"http:\/\/www.infotravelungaria.ro\/\" target=\"_blank\">vinuri Tokaj din Ungaria<\/a>, renumite pentru culoarea aurie \u0219i savoarea dulce a lor, aici se produce o gam\u0103 mai divers\u0103 ce se reg\u0103se\u0219te \u00een vinuri albe, roze, ro\u0219ii. Mi-au re\u021binut aten\u021bia gama Solaris &#8211; cu un Furmint de zile mari, Saturnia &#8211; cu un Tokaj cuvee excep\u021bional \u0219i, nu \u00een ultimul r\u00e2nd, Roze-ul din colec\u021bia Abbrevio. Cramele sunt relativ noi. Cu toate acestea calitatea unor vinuri a fost r\u0103spl\u0103tit\u0103 cu medalii de aur, argint \u0219i bronz la concursuri interna\u021bionale de la Bruxelles, Madrid, California, dar \u0219i la cele na\u021bionale. Gazdele de la fabrica de macaroane Kuk&amp;Fuk ne-au familiarizat despre secretul prepar\u0103rii acestora. Compania, amplasat\u0103 \u00een satul Mala Ida din vecin\u0103tatea ora\u0219ului Kosice este singura din Slovacia care face paste din 6 ou\u0103. Zilnic pe por\u021bile micii \u00eentreprinderi, o afacere prosper\u0103 pentru comunitate, ies 3,5 tone de paste fabricate \u00een 7 sortimente. Produsele sunt foarte c\u0103utate pentru calitatea lor, certificat\u0103 la standarde europene. Mai \u00eent\u00e2i a trebuit s\u0103 ne culturaliz\u0103m, apoi s\u0103 muncim \u0219i, de abia spre sear\u0103, s\u0103 ne \u00eendestul\u0103m cu ceea ce am&#8230; g\u0103tit. Interesat modelul propus de colegii unguri. Dup\u0103 vizitarea\u00a0<strong>Centrului de informare local\u0103 din Vasarosnameny<\/strong> (speciali\u0219tilor no\u0219tri le recomand s\u0103 vin\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103 ia noti\u021be de organizare \u0219i dotare), un or\u0103\u0219el de c\u0103teva mii de locuitori, de unde am putut procura pliante inclusiv \u00een limba rom\u00e2n\u0103, am trecut la fapte.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Ungaria-Culinar-071.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-full wp-image-2463\" title=\"Ungaria Culinar 071\" src=\"http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Ungaria-Culinar-071.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"576\" height=\"768\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Ungaria-Culinar-071.jpg 576w, http:\/\/www.travellermagazin.ro\/arhiva\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/11\/Ungaria-Culinar-071-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nAm luat-o pe Drumul Prunelor, unul dintre cele mai apreciate programe turistice, apoi am trecut prin livezi unde tocmai se culegeau fructele, dup\u0103 care ne-am \u00eendreptat spre bisericile medievale Csaroda \u0219i Takos. Prima, parc\u0103 sor\u0103 geam\u0103n\u0103 a bisericilor maramure\u0219ene din lemn, e numit\u0103 deseori \u201do Notre Dame descul\u021b\u0103\u201d, pentru elementele sale decorative. Impresionant este interiorul tavanul pictat cu motive florale, p\u0103strate de vreo 700 de ani. Acelea\u0219i motive se reg\u0103sesc \u0219i la artizanii din sat care mai lucreaz\u0103 \u00eenc\u0103 broderie \u00een cruce \u0219i puncte pentru utilit\u0103\u021bile casnice dar \u0219i turistice. Cea din Takos facineaz\u0103 prin frescele medievale unicat care au fost salvate de vremurile ostile.<\/p>\n<p>Frescele au frumoase linii bizantine, \u0219i lucru nemai\u00eent\u00eelnit, toate figurile sfin\u021bilor de pe pere\u021bi z\u00eembesc. Or \u0219ti ele de ce! Adic\u0103 \u00eentr-o gospod\u0103rie am lucrat col\u0103cei pentru supe, sarmale \u00een foi de vi\u021b\u0103, varz\u0103, potbal, pentru partea de baz\u0103 la toc\u0103ni\u021b\u0103 \u0219i ciorbi\u021b\u0103 de legume. Echipa rom\u00e2neasc\u0103 s-a dovedit a fi cea mai tare. Ca \u0219i la cursurile de f\u0103cut gem din prune. Ne-au b\u0103tut ucraineni \u00eens\u0103 la cursul de \u00eenbuteliat palink\u0103 care a fost precedat de test\u0103ri \u0219i degust\u0103ri la distileria Panyolai Szilvorium din localitatea Panyola. Istoria locului e una fericit\u0103. O fost\u0103 fabric\u0103 de stat care producea produse de acest gen a fost falimentat\u0103 \u0219i \u00eenchis\u0103. Dup\u0103 ani de zile, trei tineri, care nu aveau nimic de-a face cu produc\u021bia de spirtoase, au venit de la ora\u0219, au cump\u0103rat locul aflat \u00een paragin\u0103, \u00een scopul rena\u0219terii acestei tradi\u021bii. C\u00e2t au reu\u0219it se vede azi. Un sat de munte din zona precarpatic\u0103, ce mi-a amintit de felul \u00een care ar\u0103tau c\u00eendva \u0219i a\u0219ez\u0103rile rurale din zona montan\u0103 de la noi. Pensiunea a fost construit\u0103 cu finan\u021bare UE \u0219i este integrat\u0103 \u00een programul gospod\u0103riilor ecologice. Am fost captiva\u021bi \u0219i de cursul interactiv sus\u021binut de buc\u0103tarii Natalia Kultchytsija \u0219i Lilia Hladysh. Locul se configureaz\u0103 ca o sta\u021biune montant\u0103, mai ales c\u0103 \u00een vecin\u0103tate func\u021bioneaz\u0103 o p\u00e2rtie de schi.
