Ca o idee acest campionat \u2013 acreditat de Federa\u0163ia Mondial\u0103 a Asocia\u0163iilor Buc\u0103tarilor \u015eefi (WACS) &#8211; se organizeaz\u0103 din 4 \u00een 4 ani. \u00cen ciuda crizei globale \u015fi a dificult\u0103\u0163ilor financiare la recenta edi\u0163ie s-au \u00eentrecut 53 de na\u0163iuni cu 2.400 de participan\u0163i (echipe na\u0163ionale de seniori \u015fi juniori, echipe regionale, participan\u0163i individuali).<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen aceast\u0103 competi\u0163ie select\u0103 trei echipe rom\u00e2ne\u015fti au ob\u0163inut Medalia de bronz: Echipa na\u0163ional\u0103 de juniori a ANBCT-Rom\u00e2nia, la categoria Bufet rece \u2013 art\u0103 culinar\u0103; Echipa regional\u0103 Transilvania a ANBCT la categoria Bufet rece \u2013 art\u0103 culinar\u0103, respectiv\u00a0 Echipa regional\u0103 ASPROGAST-Rom\u00e2nia, la categoria Bufet rece \u2013 art\u0103 culinar\u0103.\u00a0 Maestrul cofetar Silvian Miron, a ob\u0163inut la individual 2 medalii de argint cu 2 sculpturi \u00een ciocolat\u0103, reprezent\u00e2nd pe Vlad \u0162epes, respectiv pe Regina Maria. Dar cea mai pre\u0163ioas\u0103 medalie \u2013 cea de aur &#8211; a r\u0103spl\u0103tit piesa festiv\u0103 din zah\u0103r \u2013 \u201cFrumoasa \u015fi Bestia\u201d, creat\u0103 de maestrul cofetar Carmela Dragomir, care \u015fi-a mai adjudecat \u015fi o medalie de argint pentru piesa \u201eAlice \u00een \u0162ara minunilor\u201d. Dragomir a f\u0103cut parte din singura echip\u0103 de femei prezent\u0103 la Luxemburg. \u201cPerforman\u0163a este mai mult dec\u00e2t notabil\u0103 pentru reprezentan\u0163ii Rom\u00e2niei. Ne afl\u0103m pe un drum bun, cu at\u00e2t mai mult cu c\u00e2t rezultatele au fost ob\u0163inute de tineri ce nu dep\u0103\u015fesc v\u00e2rsta de 24 de ani. Ca manager al echipei trebuie s\u0103 fiu \u00eens\u0103 realist\u0103! Chiar dac\u0103 am f\u0103cut performan\u0163\u0103 ne afl\u0103m \u00eenc\u0103 departe de \u201cmasa boga\u0163ilor\u201d. Actorii principali au fost Robert George Andrei (Mesogios), Georgeta Cod\u00e2rleanu (Intercontinental), Mihai Ioni\u0163\u0103 (Carol Parc Hotel), Ashlie Dias Thomas (Crowne Plaza), Cristian V\u0103duva (independent) \u015fi Orlando Zaharia (Noblesse). \u00cen turnirul gustului s-au reg\u0103sit denumiri exotice \u015fi apetisante: Stridii gratinate, Rulou de sturion cu ciuperci \u015fi garnitur\u0103 de legume, Trio de mousse: vinete coapte, ro\u015fii verzi \u015fi ro\u015fii, Cotlet de miel la gr\u0103tar \u00een ierburi aromate, Cotlet de berbecu\u0163 umplut cu mozaic de \u0163elin\u0103, morcov, sos de sfecl\u0103 ro\u015fie, Pl\u0103cint\u0103 de cartofi, Spanac cu muguri de pin. Astfel, unul dintre cei mai talenta\u0163i tineri ai metropolei ( \u00een 2006, la numai 25 de ani, a devenit Maestru \u00een Arta Culinar\u0103), a intrat \u00een posesia statuetei aurite pe care o va p\u0103stra, conform regulamentului, timp de un an. \u201eOrlando poate fi numit un buc\u0103tar complet pentru c\u0103 este pasionat de descoperirea de noi \u015fi noi preparate, de modalit\u0103\u0163i de lucru moderne duc\u00e2nd gastronomia la rang de art\u0103\u201d \u2013 a apreciat Passarelli. C\u00e2\u015ftig\u0103torul a fost recompensat de Asocia\u0163ia \u201eChefmalta\u201d cu un training de 5 zile la un restaurant de cinci stele din Malta. Cristian V\u0103duva (locul 2), a primit o excursie profesional\u0103 \u00een Antalya (sponsor Winterhalter), iar Aslie Dias Thomas (locul 3) a primit un set Morinox.<\/p>\n<p>\u201eMul\u0163umesc tuturor celor care s-au implicat \u00een acest eveniment unic. Preparatele realizate au fost v\u00e2ndute invita\u0163ilor, iar suma colectat\u0103 a fost donat\u0103 \u015ecolii Speciale nr. 8 din Bucure\u015fti. \u201eBuc\u0103tarul de Aur al Bucure\u015ftiului\u201d s-a transformat \u00eentr-un eveniment cultural-gastronomic de referin\u0163\u0103. El a fost \u00eentregit de forma\u0163ia Penta, de somelierul Sergiu Nedelea cu demonstra\u0163ii de sabrare a unei b\u0103uturi spumante, de sculpuri \u00een legume \u015fi fructe, spectacol de flair \u015fi prezent\u0103rile buc\u0103tarului Horia V\u00e2rlan\u201d \u2013 a subliniat Gabriela Berechet, directorul general al\u00a0\u00a0 Companiei de Investi\u0163ii pentru Turism SA (CIT). Traveller Magazin\u00a0 a fost unul dintre partenerii media ai manifest\u0103rii.
